Macro-Friendly Burger Recipes

CHICKEN BURGER

Served with chips

9 ingredients | < 35 minutes | single-serving | easy to make


INGREDIENTS

  • 1x Aldi brioche bun

  • 10g Ocean spray whole berry cranberry sauce

  • 40g tomato

  • 10g baby spinach

  • 50g chicken breast

  • 1 x slice Bega Country light tasty

  • cheese slice 50% less fat

  • 250g Spud Lite potato 4g Mitani chicken salt

  • 15ml reduced sugar tomato sauce


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook chicken breast

  2. Cut up spud lite potato and cook in oven or air fryer until crispy

  3. Spread cranberry sauce on brioche bun

  4. Add chicken, tomato and baby spinach

  5. Top with a slice of cheese

  6. Dish up burger and chips. Add chicken salt to chips and tomato sauce

  • 10g baby spinach

  • 5ml Heinz American mustard

  • 5ml reduced sugar tomato sauce

  • 1 x slice Bega Country light tasty

  • cheese slice 50% less fat

  • 250g Spud Lite potato

  • 4g Mitani chicken salt

  • 15ml reduced sugar tomato sauce


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook kangaroo patty

  2. Cut up spud lite potato and cook in oven or air fryer until crispy

  3. Spread mustard and tomato sauce on brioche bun

  4. Add patty, tomato and baby spinach

  5. Top with a slice of cheese

  6. Dish up burger and chips.

  7. Add chicken salt to chips and tomato sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x Aldi brioche burger bun

  • 60g Three Aussie Farmers slow-cooked pulled BBQ beef

  • 100g American style coleslaw kit

  • 15ml Heinz smokey barbeque sauce & marinade


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Toast brioche bun lightly (optional)

  2. Microwave Pulled BBQ beef

  3. Mix 100g American Style Coleslaw Kit in a separate bowl

  4. Place pulled BBQ beef on each bread roll

  5. Add coleslaw (leaving some leftover for a side)

  6. Top with BBQ sauce
