INTRODUCING A NEW WEEKLY SEGMENT TO ABS BY ALANA: Posts By Paige!



This is Paige Thulborn, who many of you will probably recognise as she is one of your ABA Ambassadors! Paige has been working with Abs By Alana for over a year now, and has lost an impressive 24kg in the process! She is now in a prep phase for her very first bikini competition - something she never would have thought possible in the past.

For many of you, Paige is a source of inspiration through her personal fitness Instagram @paigelouisefit. But prior to beginning her health and fitness journey, she started off like many of us - unaware and misinformed on how she could achieve her health and fitness goals. Through working with Abs By Alana, Paige has a comprehensive knowledge of flexible dieting, tracking macros, energy balance, and training types. She is also currently studying both Personal Training and Nutrition which she will be qualified for by the end of the year 🏋🏼‍♀️🍎

Paige will now be an Admin on our ABA Girls Page, and will be posting weekly 'blog style' posts every Friday on all things health, fitness, mindset, and motivation to help educate and inspire you as you embark on your own health and fitness journey's. I thought that Paige's journey and insights will provide a unique perspective to you all that I cannot. As I have always been relatively active growing up, health and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I thought that Paige would provide you all with a new perspective and reaffirm that CHANGE IS POSSIBLE for everyone, regardless of your starting point
