My name is Alana Coomer, I am an Online Coach, Fitness Competitor, and Published Author of "Now What?". I have been competing in Bodybuilding Shows as a Bikini/Fitness Competitor since 2016. 

It wasn't long before this small passion of mine became a lifestyle. Now, I am an Online Coach who aims to instill as many people as possible with the level of confidence and self-esteem that competing has allowed me to build.

Abs By Alana was established in 2018, and is an Online Coaching Service that aims to empower and educate as many people as possible to achieve a healthier, active and more sustainable lifestyle.

My name is Zoe Chiotakis, I am an Online Coach, Group Fitness Instructor, Sports Nutritionist and WNBF Bikini Pro. I have been competing in bodybuilding since 2022 and have won 2 Overall Titles and my Pro card.

After struggling for years with my own health and fitness journey, I began to fall in love with the sense of achievement I was getting from training and knew I wanted to help others feel the same. I began face-to-face personal training in 2018 and not long after wanted to impact people beyond my local area and decided to transition into Online Coaching as well.

My focus is to help transform individuals to feel more motivated, confident and powerful.
